Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping is available if the order total is over $99 (pre-tax) or if you enroll in Subscribe and Save. Free shipping only is eligible in the contiguous US only.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes, but all shipping costs and customs/import fees are covered by the consumer. Please note that international shipping is done at the customer’s risk. Once an order has shipped, NHD is no longer responsible for that order. In the case that an order is denied entry by customs, NHD is unable to issue a refund for the order amount or any shipping fees incurred. USPS First Class Mail is not insured. We will not be able to provide assistance if your package is lost, stolen, or undelivered. In the event of a delivery anomaly, you will need to work directly with USPS for resolution.
How do I get my recurring order to ship sooner/later?
If you want to change the date or frequency of your order, you must log into your account, then you can make changes under the “manage subscription” option.
When will my order ship?
All orders ship within 1-2 business days, excluding major Holidays.
Why won’t the discount code work?
Almost always, it is because there are subscription items in the cart. Our system will only allow one discount, and the subscribe and save offers are 15%. If you are using a discount code, all items in the cart must be for a one-time purchase.
Why aren’t Arterosil, Argentyn Silver and Pur03 products available for the Subscribe and Save discount?
These items are not eligible for Subscribe and Save discounts. You may still choose a subscription option but no discounts will be applied.
Why is the price ZERO dollars for some of the products?
Some companies do not allow their prices on our website. Due to company policy, you must set up an account to access pricing details.
What happens to returned products?
All returned supplements, whether opened or unopened, will be discarded. NHD does not resell returned products as we can no longer ensure the integrity of the product.
NHD General Return Policy
You may return any product sold by Natural Heart Doctor (NHD) within 90 days of delivery for a refund or credit of the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable). This does not include Kickstart My Heart, Wild Salmon Roe, The Whole Fish, courses or downloadable products such as e-books, guides, etc.
All unopened products will receive a 100% refund of the product price. Opened or damaged will receive a product credit.
To return a product, just email email@example.com to request a return authorization form. Please include your name, order number, and the product returned in the email. * Note that we have a 24-48 hour ticket response window
Any packages returned as REFUSED, UNKNOWN, VACANT or similar (meaning you do not open the package and do not pay the shipping fees to send it back to us) will be charged shipping costs, deducted from customer refund.
Additionally, packages returned as “undeliverable” may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. NHD will pay for the cost of return shipping plus refund the original shipping cost if the return resulted from our error.
All items should be returned in their original product packaging.
Receiving Your Refund:
After receiving and processing your return, we will refund your product or products. If you are due a refund for non-returnable items, we will issue a refund when you contact us.
This period of time includes
- 5 to 7 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
- 12 to 14 business days for us to process your return.
- The time it takes your bank to process your refund request ( see below for specific guidelines)
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
