· UltraDiagnostic Testing: Comprehensive Health Assessment Test (CHAT)
· CHAT lab review appointment with Dr. Lattanza (approximately 3 weeks after testing performed)
· 2, 30-minute follow-up appointments with Dr. Lattanza
· Five (5) Virtual Coaching Sessions with NHD Certified Health Coach
