- UltraDiagnostic Testing: Comprehensive Health Assessment Test (CHAT)
- CHAT lab review appointment with Dr. Lattanza (approximately 3 weeks after testing performed)
- 30-minute follow-up appointment with Dr. Lattanza x 2.
- Five (5) Virtual Coaching Sessions with NHD Certified Health Coach
- New York residents selecting the Gut Zoomer option will receive an additional invoice for $80 after the original purchase.
After your consultation with Dr. Lattanza, the purchase is final. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied, there are no refunds for any reason after your consultation.
