• Tear the plastic shell lengthwise beginning at the center perforation at the top (side view shown). Apply a lubricant if needed before insertion. Use as needed or as directed by your healthcare provider.
  
  For rectal use: Insert following a bowel movement. Insert past sphincter muscle. Sometimes after insertion you may have an urge to evacuate. Try to hold for 15 to 20 minutes if possible for best absorption of suppository.
  
  For vaginal use: Insert 2 to 4 inches when lying down, preferably at night. Remain in a flat position for at least 30 minutes for best absorption.

Store your ozone suppositories in the freezer so they are easier to use and will last longer. Can last for years when frozen.
