What exactly does the Wheat Zoomer measure?
The Wheat Zoomer evaluates IgG and IgA immune reactivity to 17 markers across three categories: 4 gluten and gliadin protein subtypes (alpha, alpha-beta, gamma, omega gliadin, plus glutenin families), 7 non-gluten wheat proteins (including WGA — Wheat Germ Agglutinin), and 6 gut permeability and autoimmunity markers (including zonulin and occludin). Do I need to be eating wheat before the test?
