What does my Virtual Second Opinion include?
When you enroll in Virtual Second Opinion Call, we'll match you with a health coach who will be with you throughout the process and who will help collect your intake information. We'll also send you details on how to schedule your time with Dr. Wolfson.
You'll have the opportunity to ask questions that he will address specifically during your call, which addresses your specific condition and unique concerns. You'll then have the opportunity to take part in a virtual implementation session with one of our health coaches to review Dr. Wolfson's recommendations and get answers to any additional questions you may have.
How much does a Virtual Second Opinion cost?
A Virtual Second Opinion Call with Dr. Jack Wolfson costs $2500.
Insurance plans do not cover this fee. Your flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA) may cover the cost of Virtual Second Opinion Call. Please check your plan details to determine eligibility. Your fee includes elevated concierge service, information collection and your second opinion virtual call with Dr. Wolfson. You can also schedule a support session with a Natural Heart Doctor Health Coach to aid in the implementation of Dr. Wolfson's recommendations.
Can I request a Virtual Second Opinion for my child?
We presently offer virtual second opinions for children, focusing on a select range of medical conditions.
Can I request a Virtual Second Opinion for a loved one?
We allow you to request a virtual second opinion for a loved one over the age of 18 for all available conditions. To request a virtual second opinion for a child or teen under the age of 18 you must be the parent or legal guardian. Participation from your loved one will be necessary at key points throughout the process to ensure we can provide the best second opinion possible. While the journey to get a second opinion for a loved one may seem complex, our health coaches will be available to help you every step of the way.
What will my current doctor think of me if I get a second opinion?
Most doctors welcome a second opinion and take any new information into consideration. In fact, many doctors will recommend you get a second opinion.
What if I can't afford a Virtual Second Opinion?

How long will it take to receive a replay of my call with Dr. Wolfson?
We aim for two business days after we complete call with you to get your replay.
Do I need to send my medical records to you?
