I had a second opinion with Dr. Rudin 2 weeks ago. I had quite a bit on anxiety prior to the appointment. My husband joined me as we talked with Dr. Rudin, we are both so very impressed with his knowledge, his taking time to hear questions and concerns as well as address issues, and plans for going forward. Dr Rudin took time to learn about us, our lifestyle, and our rural way of life… not for one second did I feel judged, hopeless or lost! “Homework” was given, recommendations made, and hope received!
Yes, it was a little expensive, and yes we had to do some budget tightening/financial rearranging, but by far one of the best things I’ve done with my dollars in my health journey!

Had a great experience with Dr Rudin. He is extremely knowledge and sent a very detailed email with specific instructions after our appointment, which I very much appreciated. I had some follow up questions and he graciously and promptly responded. I did some follow up blood work after about 5 weeks of following his suggestions and my numbers significantly improved and many are already well within normal range. This was surprising to me because some numbers are significantly better than when I was taking stains and fenofibrate. I have no doubt the longer I follow his protocol the better my test results will continue to be, not to mention I feel significantly better.

My triglycerides were 224 while taking 165mg of Fenofibrate and 20 mg statin, now they are 100 with no pharmaceuticals. HDL went from 32 to 40.
